The house is very beautiful, spacious, well-appointed. The house garden is lovely and smell like flowers. Villa Rosa house is perfect for a group of 6 persons or a big family, like my case. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Close to the house are located many beaches. You just need to walk 12-15 minutes for a route where you will find cliffs (perfect for nice pictures). The private swimming pool, grill, are a good argument to decide to stay one day in the house..
For visiting restaurants, purchase groceries, drinks, and other stuff, you will need to drive 12-15 minutes to Albufeira...
The Wifi signal is poor in the rooms located far distance from living room.

Location is great, very quiet, which was ideal for us. Pool was lovely and close to the beach.
Cushions on the sofa and chairs didn't have much padding and were uncomfortable after a while.

Location was as required
Lack of property information on arrival, plenty of notices of what "Not To Do", but nothing on the numerous light switches, WiFi information or anything helpful, remote controkl batteries dead, etc....
