珠江国际江景酒店北滨路洪崖洞夜景店 Skyline Curated Hotel

Location was a bit dodgy, felt a bit strange entering the building from the basement. Hotel was only on the 33rd floor of the building. Had two rooms, one room was great! The other had issues with the air-conditioning which affected our stay quite a bit. Other than that, the room itself was beautiful and spacious.

Price very competitive . Room on 33rd floor with excellent views across the river. Free laundry service, greeted with bottles of water when we checked in. Very good comms using WeChat from hotel staff

Hard to find initially . Little streetlighting on way to hotel. Dark reception area on ground floor, needed to take a lift to 33rd floor- lift not in best condition. Reception on 8th floor. A little confusing when you first arrive

The location is quiet and convenient. The staff was helpful in recommending places to visit. The hotel offers good value, and the room was spacious. Since the hotel was not very busy during our stay, we received a complimentary upgrade to a room with larger beds and a river view.

The hotel was very difficult to find. Cars cannot access the hotel directly because the building is in a gated area, and the address and directions were unclear. We had to be dropped off nearby and find our way there on foot. When we finally reached the building, we found that it contained many different hotels, and no one we asked seemed to know where our hotel was. We had to call the phone number provided before we were able to find the correct floor. Even the hotel manager’s business card does not include a name for the hotel - it simply says “Hotel.” In addition, the Chinese name advertised on Booking.com refers to a “Hongya Cave night view,” but there is no view of Hongya Cave from the hotel. The hotel is actually quite far from Hongya Cave. The internet was also not working when we arrived, and it took some time to get it fixed. There was also water leaking onto the floor from an unknown source, possibly the shower, leaving much of the area around the toilet wet. When we reported the problem, the hotel manager said it could only be fixed after our stay. This made me feel uncomfortable.
