100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The room was spotless, and the hotel itself was really nice and comfortable. What stood out the most was the staff, who were absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They really made our stay enjoyable.
The only downside was the parking situation. Although we paid an additional fee to upgrade to parking, we returned late at night and couldn’t find a single available spot. Unfortunately, the valet attendant was also quite rude and unhelpful when we tried to resolve the issue. It was disappointing, especially since we had paid extra for the service and the rest of the hotel staff had been so wonderful.

The hotel was centrally located in Beirut, very close to Sodeco, making it easily accessible to different parts of the city. For a sole traveller, the room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and both the good air condition and WiFi connection were greatly appreciated. The hotel offers excellent value for money and the reception was very flexible and supportive to all my requests.
Upon arrival, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, although this oversight was quickly resolved. Furthermore, the sliding glass window in the room was unable to fully close and lock which meant that city noise was able to seep in throughout the day.

locations is nice, cause i need museum and art galleries. stuff was very kind
there was some problem on the bathroom, but they fixed it in the same day. also, I would add some pictures on the walls and some secondary lighting, like a floor lamp, to make the room more cozy (But this is of course not necessary for living)

Nice staff especially on reception, very helpful and different ways of contact
My favorite thing was that they would contact you a day before arrival for fast & convenient checkin without waiting upon arriving there so u only send them your passport pic & expected time of arrival and they will manage that
Everything was comfy
The only think need improvement is providing towels on bed or bathroom before arriving, but they offered as i entered so not big of a deal.
