Property was fabulous! Check-in procedure was abysmal! Thankfully, the barista at the coffee shop next door was friendly and accustomed to check-in snafus. Check-in procedures should be simplified.

The Botanist is a beautifully restored and modernized property in central Prague. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. The property has an elevator which is very unique in Europe. The coffee shop off the lobby is excellent and the courtyard garden is beautiful.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Prague, with unique, welcoming interiors and a room equipped with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our seven-night stay.
However, make sure you complete registration before arrival. I was reluctant to upload a photo of my passport online, and we ended up locked out at 10 p.m. with my 80-year-old mother. We couldn’t reach the hotel online at that hour. Thankfully, kind passers-by from Saudi Arabia helped me find the office, where a staff member registered us and provided the access code. Without their help, I don’t know what we would have
