We had a great time. The waterside made the trip.

We had the best time , it was set up really well , with 3 generations it suited us all :)Loved all the toys , water slide was a hoot and everyone loved the hot tub and pickle ball :))So many pool towels which we so appreciated .The only thing I could suggest using a boat 2.5 year old is a lock of some kind on the top of the front door . He could open it and he’s a runner lol You guys were the best accommodating our early arrival etc. We honestly had the best time Jolene :)

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. We stayed with 5 adults and three children. We were impressed with the kids toys/game room and availability of the pack and play. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with various pots/pans and utensils. The backyard was amazing and worked so well for meals, relaxing and playing! We had one minor issue with the coffee pot which was fixed by the host very promptly. We also needed a propane refill which was also delivered very quickly. Overall 10/10 stay-we would love to come back to Scottsdale and would stay here again without hesitation!

The good:- there are lots of amenities, as listed in the description- we were allowed early checkin and late checkout, which came in handy!The bad:- the property DOES NOT sleep 16, even though it is advertised to. We had 11, and still had someone on the floor on an air mattress- overall cleanliness was rough around the edges. The pickle ball court was torn down/broken and needed work to be useable. There was sludge/oil on some of the cabinet handles, the grill was gross and hadn’t been cleaned, there was animal hair in multiple locations and there was meat juice residue (or something) in the fridge- host communication was sub-par. They sent the same copy paste message with questions again after I had already responded, and when asked where more blankets were they responded with “in a closet somewhere” and then we couldn’t find them. I even tried to clarify the sleeping situation months in advance and received no response- the WiFi network was used to gather information for them/a third party. This is just cheap and scammy. I prefer properties that just provide WiFi without collecting data that is not necessary
