This little, older motel property is a delightful treasure! The location just off 4th in Yuma was very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants.
Their price is so affordable and the room with great amenities was an unexpected treat on my trip across AZ!
The pool and pool patio area were sparkling clean. Their staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this motel!

The neighborhood was okay with easy access to stores, gas and fast food. The motel is older but nicely nostalgic. The room was large and pleasantly decorated with a comfortable bed, newer TV, coffee maker and microwave The refrigerator was adequate, but could use an upgrade. Parking was ample, easily in view of the rooms and safely corralled to the motel. And the staff was expeditious, courteous and helpful. Compared to similar motels, I rated it a four.
