This charming home blends classic character with modern updates. Enjoy mornings on the large front porch, a fenced backyard with a patio for hanging out, and an open, easygoing layout that works well for groups. The main floor includes one bedroom and a full bathroom, along with original heart pine floors and thoughtful details that give the home its warmth and personality. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with double vanities and a clawfoot tub. The upstairs level is accessed by staircases located on both sides of the home.

Reviewer Comments:
We took a trip to Southern Pines to play some golf - Mid Pines, Pine Needles, Southern Pines + a couple of other courses. We're from out of state so this rental was a perfect set up. Sandhills booked us tee times a few months out because we couldn't book them ourselves, the house was in a great location, and Southern Pines is such a great little town. Exactly what we needed!
