A charming studio apartment in a trullo with a hot tub, perfect for two people and located in Borgo Lucia, a complex featuring a large shared garden equipped with a swimming pool, parking, and a spacious patio with tables and chairs. The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, is located in Selva di Fasano, a quiet and lush hillside hamlet in the municipality of the same name, 4 km from the center of Fasano and a 5-minute drive from the renowned Zoosafari. The sea and the beautiful beaches of Savelletri are less than a 20-minute drive away!
The 38-square-meter accommodations are located on the first floor of a trullo, with a separate entrance from the garden (1 low step to enter) and is arranged over two levels, separated by an internal staircase.
The interior layout is as follows:
*** Ground Floor ***
- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and conventional oven
- Living area with dining table, armchairs, split A/C, and smart TV
- Sleeping area with a double bed, a whirlpool tub, and an open closet
*** Lower level ***
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower.
Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, safe, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Towels and bed linens included (optional changes available for a fee).
The garden, shared with the entire villa and other guests, is equipped with:
- An outdoor pool open from April to October (three steps to access it), equipped with a hammock, lounge chairs, and umbrellas
- A patio furnished with tables and chairs
- A relaxation area with small sofas.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- One uncovered parking space is available inside the gate, in the property’s parking lot
- The garden is under video surveillance for security reasons; therefore, please be aware that there are cameras in the common outdoor areas
- Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a cash deposit of 50 EUR for the use of the keycard and towels
- Towels and bath towels may not be used outside the property
- The property is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.
7 days beforearrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Fasano.
