Stretch out and unwind in the lounge with room for the whole crew — two sofas, comfy chairs, a roaring fire, and a 65` smart TV. Whether it’s movie night or wine and chats, this is your cosy holiday hangout.

A cosy corner bursting with character—New Zealand-made pottery paired with a retro lamp sits proudly atop the fireplace. It’s the little design moments like this that give Seventeen On Cheltenham its charm, soul, and unmistakable sense of place.

A close-up of playful toys scattered near a bold retro orange chair, creating a lively corner full of vintage charm and childhood memories. This bright pop of colour pairs perfectly with timeless playthings to make any little guest feel right at home

The ensuite off the master is compact but packed with comfort—featuring a shower over the bath, perfect for a relaxing soak. We’ve stocked it with thoughtful extras too: a hairdryer, Epsom salts, cotton buds, and all the essentials for an easy stay.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed, local NZ artwork, and a sliding door that opens straight onto the patio — perfect for morning coffees or starry nights. Includes a private ensuite for that extra touch of comfort.

Wake up to garden views in the master bedroom, where sliding doors open straight to the patio. With a full-length mirror for getting glam and wireless charging stations on each side of the bed, this space blends comfort, style, and convenience.

This sunny bedroom overlooks the garden and features a plush king-size bed with a lush bedhead, gorgeous Kiwi artwork, and wireless charging at your fingertips. It`s the kind of room where you’ll sleep in and still want to lounge around all day.

The ultimate kid zone—featuring a king single, plus a king single loft bed for sleepovers or siblings, a 43` TV, and vibes so cool the grown-ups might get jealous. It’s comfy, cosy, and perfectly set up for play, rest, and a bit of screen time too.

A close-up look at the heart of the kids’ room— touch lamp for easy nights, and iconic Kiwi artwork that celebrates all the classics. It’s a little slice of nostalgia that’ll have parents grinning and kids asking, “Wait, who is the tiger?”

The second kids’ room has a comfy king single bunk bed, soft lighting with a touch lamp, and toys to keep the little ones entertained. Whether it’s a sleepover, quiet play, or story time, this space is made for mini guests with big imaginations.

Take in the view across a playful duvet that invites fun and comfort, leading your eyes to iconic Kiwi artwork on the wall. It’s a room full of personality and warmth—perfect for sparking imagination while staying deeply connected to the spirit of NZ

Tucked beside the retro dining space is the ultimate nap trap—er, reading nook. Perfect for curling up with a good book, sneaky siestas, or sipping something warm while the sunlight pours in. The space that makes doing nothing feel productive.

Cook up a storm in the fully loaded kitchen with modern appliances, a dishwasher, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich press, cake stand, and all the essentials for meals big or small. It’s like your kitchen at home — but better stocked.
