A charming two-story villa nestled in the beautiful hills of Monferrato, in San Salvatore Monferrato (AL), Piedmont, Italy. It boasts ample space to accommodate up to 8 people and every comfort, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, an indoor elevator, an 1,800-square-meter garden with fruit trees, a gazebo, and a barbecue, and a balcony offering a splendid view of the valleys. The house is set apart but not far from the town center, surrounded by nature yet not completely isolated—a unique location for a relaxing stay!

The Space
The 180-square-meter house is spread over two levels: to reach the upper level, in addition to the stairs, there is an internal elevator (accessible to people with disabilities) that leads to the attic bedroom.

Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with a boiler, two pellet stoves, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

Note: The fireplace in the living room is not in working order. The Wi-Fi signal may be weak

Guest Access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

At check-in-in, we will need to register each guest’s information as required by Italian law; therefore, you will be asked to present a valid photo ID.
All guests, including minors, must be present at check-in and present a passport or government-issued ID

Please note that check-ins-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
- between 9:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: 25 euros
- between 11:00 PM and midnight: 30 euros
- from midnight to 1:30 AM: 40 euros
All late check-in requests are subject to the property’s approval, and special requests are subject to availability upon arrival and may incur additional charges. Special requests are not guaranteed. Upon arrival, you may be asked to provide a credit/debit card or a cash deposit to cover any incidental charges.

The latest possible check-in time, even with the surcharge, is 1:30 a.m.

Don’t miss the chance to explore the region among the vineyards, with tastings and visits to the many wineries that produce world-renowned wines, as well as a visit to the numerous castles and sacred mountains that characterize Monferrato, such as the famous Sacro Monte di Crea.
San Salvatore is one of the most important towns in the lower Monferrato region, located just 12 kilometers from the provincial capital, on the hills that separate the Casale Monferrato plain from the Alessandria plain, in an enchanting landscape of hills and rows of vines stretching as far as the eye can see. The town’s symbol is the historic tower, dating back to the 1400s, and there are countless religious monuments of artistic significance, such as the churches of San Martino and San Siro and the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Pozzo, located a short distance from the villa. Villa Ciraldo is located on the outskirts of town, about a 10-minute walk and a 3-minute drive from essential amenities such as cafes, supermarkets, and pharmacies.
