Built in 1969 and renovated in 1999, our apartment building in the Safferstetten neighborhood is located in a quiet yet central setting—ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation in the heart of Bad Füssing. Our third-generation family-run business is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Let us pamper you, and you’ll feel “right at home” from the very start. Look forward to soothing treatments in our on-site physical therapy practice featuring natural fango on heated waterbeds. Our spacious one- and two-room apartments are equipped with double beds at a comfortable height, new TVs, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a balcony. All rooms, as well as the physical therapy practice, are easily accessible by elevator. Bicycles can be parked in the garage free of charge, and e-bikes can also be charged there. Additionally, there is a lockable locker in the garage for each apartment to store the battery. Our bright and modern apartments, ranging from 26 square meters to 47 square meters in size and available in one- or two-room layouts, offer comfortable living space and spacious balconies. All apartments are equipped with a smart TV up to 55 inches, comprehensive Wi-Fi coverage, and a direct-dial phone. The kitchens are well-stocked with dishes and include a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You can easily reach the rooms by elevator. Our comfortable sofas can be quickly converted into an additional sleeping area. The beds are freestanding and at a comfortable height. Payment is made on-site in cash or by debit card. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, etc. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 9:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The summer tourist tax (April 1 – October 31) of 3.40 EUR per person/night will be charged separately on-site. The winter visitor’s tax (Nov. 1 – Mar. 31), amounting to 2.60 EUR per person per night, will be charged separately on-site.
