Only four of us came on this trip. It was nice that we each had our own room. We each had our own bathroom with lots of room to spare. We enjoyed the pool because the temperatures were in the upper 90s after being outside seeing all day, it was nice to come home and cool off in the pool. It was a beautiful home and we had a wonderful day.

Construction was worse than we had anticipated in the neighborhood. They had Lull with a broken horn and it beeped all day every day that we were there and we often had to stop coming in or out due to a single lane path from the equipment or material. The upstairs bathroom wasn't fully clean upon arrival. I had texted the number listed about it and they said they would reach out to housekeeping but that was the only response we had. The grounds around the home aren't as livable as it seems in the ad. We were hoping to be able to play some outside games or hike out back but the yard had trash around and was too steep. We didn't realize that was the case. We did find the rest of the home to be beautiful and everyone really enjoyed the game room. Since its a newer home there isn't very many "extra" kitchen tools. Soo we did need to wash pots and pans more frequently but that was no issue ! Just something to keep in mind. Crockpot and blender avail !Location was also convenient with grocery and shopping and attractions being all within an hour away.Hiking trails and scenic spots are farther away than I had hoped. Everything close by is VERY touristy. But that doesnt have anything to do with the property. Just the location isn't what we had anticipated. It was our first time in TN and we would stay somewhere else next time to be closer to nature. We also noticed our rental was missing shingles on the roof. It didn't effect our stay at all but something to mention.
