Overall, the stay was okay, but the check-in process was frustrating. The hotel did not have my reservation information, and I had to contact the host to send an email to the property before I was finally able to check in.Once I got into the room, it looked like the pictures that were advertised. However, I noticed mold in the grout and cracks of both bathrooms. I also had difficulty accessing the internet during my stay.Additionally, there was no hot water in the guest bathroom, which was a significant inconvenience. While the property itself was decent, these issues negatively impacted my overall experience.
