This small house is surrounded by vineyards of the Coteaux de l'Aubance appellation, in the heart of the Domaine de Rochambeau, created in 1781.
The house has a large terrace in the shade of a large listed cedar tree.
This place is perfect for a quiet rest, while being very close to Angers (15 minutes by car from the train station).
The house is small and very cozy, it is perfectly equipped and suitable for a couple.
You will probably have the company of our peacocks, and sometimes our sheep and donkeys that we regularly put in the adjacent meadow.
You will find all the amenities of commerce, bank etc... 3 minutes by car with a very large supermarket and many shops.

Had a lovely stay at Olivier’s gite. It is comfortable and well appointed, though we found the stairs to the bedroom a little steep to begin with.The surroundings are beautiful, and we were delighted to have been visited by Olivier’s peahen with her chicks and then the peacock himself, and the bird life in general was incredible.Olivier was a helpful and pleasant host, and we hope to visit again in the future.
