The house and property is pretty and comfortable. Checking in/out and communication was easy and top notch. Only things that could use some improvements are - the A/C and Hot Tub, with the hot Florida weather, the doors have slight cracks and heat flows in which the A/C cannot keep up with, the Hot Tub has a nice water overflow to look at, but not good when you have more than one person and the water flows out into the pool which than you need to keep on adding water and wait to warm it up, wish the heaters worked better also. Those are just a few things, but overall its a cute cozy home with lots of space.

Great house and very enjoyable experience overall. The was zero wiggle room with the check in process - the property managers say it up front in the description of the property and they mean it. Once checked in they were very helpful throughout the stay, and checked on us multiple times to see if we had everything we needed.

Great pool

Lots of space and very clean. The backyard was so fun for a bunch of teenage boys! Thank you for the great communication!
