We called our house Next Door BLR!
Next Door, because everything is nearby! ON FOOT! The train station 2 minutes away (PARIS in 33min, Fontainebleau in 5 minutes). The Forest of Fontainebleau and the Seine 7 minutes away. Shops, the market 4 minutes away. For climbers, Rocher Canon is 2.6km away on foot. The leisure centre (beach, golf, horse riding, tennis) is 2km away. Barbizon (Artists' village) is 10km away, Samois sur Seine (Django Reinhart's village) is 5km away and Disneyland is 58km away.
You can chill on site, climb, run, bike, hike... or find yourself in the center of Paris in 33min for €2.50!

Our house is old but has all the comforts and a large garden. For its renovation we have prioritized old materials and decorative elements. If you like vintage you will be even better there! And we will be happy to welcome you!

On the first floor a large room: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker...) - Dining room - Living room with sofa bed 160cm. Television, Turntable, K7 and Bluetooth.
A shower room with washing machine and separate toilet.
Upstairs a sleeping area with single bed convertible into a large Double bed. And a bedroom with 2 large single beds that can be converted into a King Size double bed.
The house is 65m2 in total.
Outside, free parking for 2 cars, terrace, barbecue available and a large park/wood of 5000m2. Possible to walk, have a picnic, a campfire...
