I would stay here again

4 / 10

We encountered numerous plumbing issues throughout our stay in this condo. It was extremely inconvenient and we were only notified of the issues the morning of check in, which in reality was not enough notice to allow for us to book last minute at any other beach condo community and also no other condo was offered instead of the one booked. When we arrived, the dishwasher had standing water in it as well as the door was extremely hard to open. We notified maintenance but were told that the dishwasher does that and they did not resolve the issue. During our stay all sinks were slow to drain and would have stabding water in them. We did have a maintenance man come into our condo but at really late hours to TRY to fix the issue but it was never resolved and we were left with really large dehumidifiers in our bathrooms that we had to work around to use our restrooms properly. The mildew smell in the condo made a few of our kiddos sick from their nose. This condo needs to be closed for proper maintenance and major plumbing issues until they can stop putting a bandaid on the issue and actually resolve the real problem. Unit 15109!!
