This spacious, comfortable, and modern private home features three bedrooms, a living room, and a full bathroom. Also included is a private sun porch, common greenspace with lawn chairs, and a dog-park. The cottage was very clean and had items that were needed. Kitchen was stocked with necessities, there were heaters and blankets in the bedrooms. The only issue was that the TVs didn't work.

We loved our stay. The house was perfectly located, a short 9 min drive to downtown Bar Harbor and no greater than a 15 min drive to the hiking we did. The property is plenty spacious and comfortable. We went the first week of November but were never cold as the house had a heating unit and multiple space heaters if you needed extra sources of warmth. Our dog (Mini Aussie) loved the front deck and had plenty of space within the house to spread out. We'd love to come back and highly recommend this for small families with a pet.
