O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Perfectly positioned on a quiet street just one block from Bondi Beach and Icebergs Pool, this premium architecturally designed two bedroom apartment is the top floor of a small 9 unit block. Sleeping 4, wake up to views across the beach, have breakfast on the sunlit balcony under a huge fig tree, and walk five minutes to the best cafes, bars and restaurants in Bondi. Stylish interiors, timber floors, and fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, and full laundry. Self check in by keypad.
The space
The apartment sits on the top floor of a nine unit block on Francis Street, a quiet street literally one block back from the sand and Icebergs, and moments away from Bondi’s lively cafe, restaurant and bar scene.
You’ll instantly feel at home in this tastefully designed, light filled Bondi sanctuary, with a comfortable 4 seater sofa, entertainment system, a dining area that opens to the balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
With two spacious bedrooms both with built-ins, the apartment is just as perfect for two couples or a family as it is for a 2 friends or someone that just wants a bit more space. With premium mattresses and electric blackout blinds, the bedrooms are calm, beautiful and light all day.
The bathroom is new with an oversized shower, Japanese tiles and automatic soft sensor lighting.
The balcony gets beautiful morning and afternoon sun and is shaded by a beautiful fig tree. With a four seater table, you find yourself spending most of your time out there watching the world go by.
With ceiling fans in every room, the apartment stays cool in summer with the cross flow sea breeze. The apartment has a washing machine, with a dryer located just 2 meters away from the apartment door.
Francis Street is the sweet spot in Bondi Beach. Quiet enough to sleep properly, but under five minutes walk in any direction to be in the middle of everything.
Walk up the hill to Bondi Road for Totti's and 20 or so bars, cafes and restaurants. Walk down the hill to Hall Street and Campbell Parade for the beach, the coffee, and the Sunday markets.
The Bondi to Bronte coastal walk starts a few minutes away and is worth doing early, before it fills up.
Guest access
You have the entire apartment to yourself. Self check in with a keypad, so you can arrive whenever suits you.
Other things to note
This is a quiet residential building, so no parties or events. The apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift.
