Space and cleanliness was great. We were able to separate guys and girls in a safe way (youth trip), and they were never bored!

The beds were comfortable and the mountains were beautiful. The property itself seems to be in neglect and needs some TLC. Overgrown flowerbeds, trash in the driveway and next to the house, and trees growing in the gutters. One oven and the two stovetops worked just fine, but the second oven didn't work, making it hard to cook for 20 people.
