The Red River Retreat is a beautiful cabin! The rooms are generously sized and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is large and has everything you’ll need. We were rained-in on our first day but loved unwinding on the back deck & in the hot tub watching the storm. The Hosts were wonderful & responsive and checked in after our arrival to make sure everything was as promised. The cabin is a few miles north of Hochatown in a beautiful new development - it was a short 5-10 minute drive to enjoy the State Park & Restaurants each day. Location was perfect! My family had a wonderful time & will definitely come again!

We have visited BB 6+ times and we choose a different cabin each time. Red River Retreat is our favorite cabin (for a small group) thus far. They thought of everything. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, throws to snuggle up in, tons of board games, and other games for teens and adult adults alike, a fire starter kit for the fire pit, coffee supplies….and then the wonderful setting. We LOVED our stay. Thank you!

Absolutely top notch. My plans changed close in, and we didn't need as much space - Jonathan was able to find us a different place better suited for our needs and save us some money. The VRBO website had booking issues, and I was unable to complete the reservation. Jonathan stayed up late night to ensure everything was completed - to include contacting VRBO directly and making all the necessary adjustments. House was spotless, checkin/out was a breeze, everything completely as advertised. Couldn't have been a better experience. Will absolutely rent from Jonathan and Tara again.

we reallyenjoyed our stay in this gorgeous new cabin... it had every thing you would need . plenty of kitchen utensils , rooms were spacious and beds were comfy , additional fans were provided in closets which I always appreciate . we especially enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub ! use the waze up to get you there - we had some trouble using googlemaps . no wifi in the area until you get to the cabin . I made a call to the management and they were very helpful and got us on the right track - would definitely stay here again !
