With access from both the master bedroom and living room, you can soak in the beauty of the ocean anytime you please. The Space:
Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite is the ultimate choice for your next getaway. With enough space for up to 7 guests, you can enjoy a comfortable stay in this oceanfront corner unit. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious queen-size bed with stunning ocean views and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom includes both a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, providing ample room for everyone to rest and relax after a day of excitement. Guest Access:
Sands Ocean Club is now requiring pool bands. There is no fee for it. Our guests will pick them up from the front desk.
Key for the suite is magnetic key card access.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to check in at the front desk with a Valid ID that matches the name on the reservation and get their keycard and passes. We will need to collect the guests home address to register their booking with the resort prior to check in. There will be a $30 per day trash removal fee, parking and passes that will be collected at the front desk.
All rooms managed by us are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.
For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only some of our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.
Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.
Must be 21 to book.
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for our area, a full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.

The Suite had everything you could think of needing! The view was AMAZING!! I would stay here again absolutely! The only below par experience was with checking in at the front desk... they make you VERY aware that you DID NOT book through them (after a few room key issues) and that was unfortunate. Overall Great Vacation

Great location. Very clean. Plenty of kitchen essentials. Great view from the balcony with plenty of balcony room. Just to note the master bedroom gets cooler than the rest of the unit, so if you are in second bedroom bring a fan or extra blankets for the master depending on your preference. Also the second bedroom, i didn't realize it has a shared opening to the living room that can only be separated with a pull screen type thing. The beds are comfortable and the beds were a described, so sleeping arrangements were still OK. One bath with tub/shower combo and the second with walk in shower only. Overall a really great place and would stay again!

This condo unit has an excellent location. It's a corner unit with a large balcony and outstanding view. It was very clean. Coastal Properties was the best management company we have dealt with. They promptly took care of issues and were excellent. The host did inform us of the $25.00 vehicle fee to park but didn't mention the $35.00 for trash bags we were required to pay by the hotel. We also were not informed that the hotel would not allow us to use luggage carts because we rented via VRBO and not the hotel. It was very difficult for 5 retired women (3 with walking issues) to carry into and out of the unit all of our luggage, groceries, etc. I offered to pay Sands Ocean Club to use the luggage carts and they again denied usage. As for the unit itself, the second bedroom is extremely small with 2 beds but no place to put luggage so we used the hallway for our clothing. The TV in the master bedroom had green lines on every channel and unusable. We had a stopped up toilet and an electrical issue which Coastal Properties promptly took care of. Bless them. Overall, we dealt with the issues but Sands Ocean Club caused us to feel like second class citizens because we rented via VRBO and not the hotel. For this reason, I won't return there. As for the condo host, I would fix or replace the TV in the master bedroom, fully inform your potential clients of all of the charges the hotel will make you pay, and the essentials the hotel won't let you use due to a VRBO booking.
