Condo layout was perfect for our family. Especially liked quick access to the beach using the stairs and the smaller pool just below us. Well stocked kitchen and clean. The beach chairs and sand toys available in the closet were a great plus as we did not have to pack and bring from home. We have stayed at Edgewater for 30 years. A family tradition we treasure. Hope to stay again in 2027 in this condo again

Our experience was a joy-filled one! The condo was immaculate & beautifully decorated in hues of the sea & beach. We loved the beachfront views and wrap-around balcony. Numerous floor to ceiling windows & even the arrangement of the furniture maximized bringing the outside beauty & tranquility inside. The kitchen has a stunning black splash & was fully equipped with most everything imaginable. A sturdy utensil for grabbing pasta and an ice cream scooper would be my only suggestion to add.The king beds were so very comfortable. The grandkids loved the closet full of beach toys, and the beach chairs came in quite handy too. The bath towels were nice, thick & long. We did wish, however, that we had more than one each, but were grateful for the washer & dryer! Our two complementary beachfront lounge chairs & umbrella placed in front of Leeward, the quieter end of the property were such a delightful surprise! The free fitness center & tram service were both great. Such friendly, welcoming staff! The on-site, waterfront restaurant was ideal for our first meal upon arrival & we enjoyed a couple of delicious breakfasts as well. Our hosts were superb. I must admit that I asked many questions in advance and a few the day & night of our arrival…and at every turn they both were so helpful, patient & kind. That was huge for us!I definitely recommend this gem of a beach condo! It was the perfect place for our family of 8 to celebrate a retirement, 3 graduations, a birthday & life!

The Condo was spacious and the corner condo had great views but there were a few things that were broken and unorganized but I may be alittle OCD!The rental chairs that come with the condo are way too far away from the building especially when you are having to haul enough stuff for a large family with small kids! We actually ended up having to rent chairs that were more convenient which I was not happy about but it was just too far of a haul for ME! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with just about everything! My only recommendation would be to upgrade to a nice Keurig Coffee Maker!
