The Neighborhood
The condo offers incredibly convenient access to the Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse, located just 384 feet across the parking lot. During the summer season, guests can also take advantage of multiple tennis courts. The unit was great! On the main level, directly across from the pool! It was well maintained and immaculate! We will definitely return!

This place was great & a bargain. Clean, comfy, and just like the description. Easy to find and close parking. Plus the spa and steam room were awesome.

This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen door open all night. So we were left trying to cool the bedroom from one small window and one very small fan. Didn't work out too well. Probably only and issue in Summer but that's when we were there.
