The home also stocks you up with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and more to make your time as enjoyable as it can be. For even more exciting excursions, Harbor Beach, a popular surfing destination, is just a short drive to the north, or you can take the kids for an exciting day to Legoland just over 10 minutes to the south, stopping in to visit scenic Carlsbad along the way. No matter where you roam, you’ll always have a front row seat for those epic west coast sunsets.



Let’s talk more about that amazing back yard! Fully fenced in for your privacy, the only struggle you’ll have is which part of it is your favorite. Take refreshing swims in the spacious inground pool, afterward drying off in the warm air in the chaise lounge chairs or while snacking on a light lunch al fresco at the outdoor dining set with umbrella and seating for 8. The bubbling hot tub and fire table with outdoor sofa-style seating are romantic settings for enjoying evening drinks under the stars, where laughter and conversation comes easy. Heading inside the home from here, you’ll step into the open and airy kitchen and dining areas, where the indoor dining table can host formal meals for 6 in the relief of the air conditioning. The stylish, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances accented by shiny wood countertops and shelving, stocked with cookware and dining ware for making all your culinary desires possible. Make your way into the comfortable living room where you’ll find a plush L-shaped sofa, armchairs, and large mounted smart TV, a welcome environment for relaxing while streaming that movie you’ve been saving for just such an occasion.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a twin size bed with a twin size trundle, work desk with chair, and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking available for up to 4 vehicles – 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.

• Pool Heating is available for an additional fee of $95 per day. Please note that as the pool requires 8-10 hours to heat, advance notice prior to your arrival is required if you would like to take advantage of this amenity.

• This home is equipped with 2 exterior security cameras: (1) Over the garage door facing the driveway, and (2) facing the side of the house.
