The fully stocked kitchen includes all standard appliances, a wine refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a toaster, and all the cookware and dining ware you’d need to prepare meals at home. Family-friendly touch: Kids’ plates, cups, bowls, and plasticware are also provided.

This condo sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 (Primary Suite) includes: Gulf Views, king size bed, Smart TV with Cable, balcony access, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/soaker tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes: Gulf Views, two full beds, two closets, ceiling fan and a Smart TV with Cable.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Things to Note:
• This condo is located on the 8th floor.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• No pets allowed.
• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival.
• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older.

• Boat and golf cart trailers are not permitted on the property per HOA guidelines. Please reach out to us for nearby trailer storage recommendations.
Building Walkway Restoration Project (January 4, 2027 – April 23, 2027)
The building will be undergoing a walkway restoration project from January 4, 2027, through April 23, 2027. This is a building-wide project that is outside of our control. During this time, guests may experience construction noise, dust, and other inconveniences associated with the restoration. By booking during these dates, guests acknowledge that this project may impact their stay. No refunds, discounts, or compensation will be provided for inconveniences related to this building restoration project.
A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. The room was wonderful for our family! They had everything we needed. They were clear and communicative during our stay. It was also clean and cozy for our family to enjoy. We also had beautiful views and great access to the beach! We definitely would love to book again.

The communications from the host was satisfactory. The amenities exceeded expectations and everything was in excellent and functional condition. The kitchen was supplied with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc to enjoy a nice meal. The view is perfect for cold winters especially. Don't have to walk outside to enjoy the ocean. It was clearly visible from the living room and bedrooms.

I hate to leave a good review for this condo, because I want it to be available next time we want to stay there lol. But seriously the condo was amazing. Super clean and great location. We will definitely book again.

We loved the accommodations and the fact that the condo was far away from the main road and we couldn’t hear the traffic! Every condo we stayed at in Missouri it was a problem for us with the noise from the road!
