Your stay includes access to both the beachfront amenities and the lagoon-side amenities, including the lagoon pool and Oceans Restaurant, which are accessible via the designated walking path throughout the resort. It’s a dream vacation in the making, and it can all be yours when you stay at Edgewater Oasis! Better still, you’ll also find yourself within walking distance or a short drive away to a variety of options for grocery, shopping, and dining, allowing you the option to leave the car behind. You’ll want to set aside some time to explore PCB’s downtown area brimming with options for entertainment no matter the time of day. Work on your swing at one of the surrounding championship golf courses, or head down St. Andrew’s State Park for a scenic hike around the lush landscape and some good old-fashioned seashell hunting.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• This home is equipped with a Ring security system monitoring the front door.
• The price of booking includes 4 resort wrist bands provided in the home upon arrival, and 1 parking pass. Please stop by the Owner Services Office upon arrival to pick up your parking pass(es). If you have any trouble locating the office, please ask onsite security for assistance.
• A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!

Loved our stay at Edgewater. This is our 3rd trip to Edgewater in the last 6 years for a dance competition. Leeward is so convenient to everything on the property yet smaller not super crowded like the towers. The condo was quaint and had everything we needed. It’s updated and the only issue we had was condensation pooling off the fridge on the kitchen floor but the host property manager was super responsive and identified the issue that the fridge hadn’t closed properly before our stay started. The communication was top tier and would stay in this condo again. Love the 2 beach chairs that came with our stay, that was a pleasant surprise.

I want to say I’m not a complainer, if things are the way they are described & seen as in the listing then I’m happy. Also, things happen & I understand that completely but the problem we ran into didn’t just come up. It had to be there with prior guests. I booked this condo because it had an extra bathroom with a tub/shower combo for my son. I turn the tub on the first night & it soaks my head as it was coming out both spouts and was not holding water for a bath. I message them & they send someone the next day while we’re at the beach & left dirty footprints in the bathtub. Also left the door unlocked. So I message & ask if its been fixed, they tell me to try it. It was not. They reply with it needs to be fixed after we leave & is that ok. I paid 2,000 for this room to not even be able to use 1/3 of it to bathe my son. Never offered a partial refund. The shower head in the other bathroom had black stuff caked all over it so I did my best to clean it. The floors were so dirty that our feet were black if we walked barefoot. When we pay what we did I expect it to be of certain standards and it just was not. Then on the second to the last day, a gate was put up in between leeward & the other tower preventing us from going to the restaurant/big pool area. I’ve had 3 ankle surgeries in 3 years and struggle with walking but I had to for my 5 yr old to walk around the gates. This is our 12th time staying at edgewater and it seems the standard goes down each time. Just disappointed.
