First, the good, the location is well placed for access to Beck, Vail, and Other nearby ski resorts. The size and accessibility are wonderful. However, the home is very dated giving off a 1970s vibe. The lowest level bedroom had a smell that appeared to be from a septic leak. The main level bedroom mattress sunk on the right and left side to the point that one felt like they were going to fall off the bed. The adjacent en suite bathroom shower head sprayed in every direction. As a result, the walls next to the shower are crumbling away. In the kitchen, the dishwasher soap dispenser is held in place by a screw. The utensils are not complete as there are about 18 knives but only 4 spoons.
