Maximum Occupancy: 15 individuals total, including infants (10 adults max). Adding guests after the initial booking incurs an additional guest fee.
Minimum Stay: 3 nights
Parking / Max Vehicles: 3 vehicles max in driveway only (fits 2 minivans + 1 standard). Must not block the sidewalk. No parking on public streets. RVs and trailers are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Time: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Outdoor areas (pool, patio, garage/game rooms, etc.) are off-limits during this time.
Guests must comply with all city requirements; violations may result in fines, civil actions, or criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to decline requests that leave 2-day gaps in the calendar.
Rental Agreement: Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to arrival.
Reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
Check-ins/check-outs on major holidays may incur additional cleaning fees.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
All reservations are subject to a $500–$700 STR Rules Deposit hold, which is only charged if house rules are violated.
Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require extra screening, background checks, and proof of payment.

We originally searched for 'no pets' properties and as we neared our arrival date we noticed description said 'pets allowed'. We contacted Funtierland and were informed that pets are 'not allowed', if there were pets there would be an additional fee. This didn't help, we had people with allergies. Also we had a coffee maker that just would not produce a pot of coffee in less than 30 minutes. We were informed there was a pod coffee maker which worked fine but required us to make another trip for coffee pods. The dishwasher was not evacuating water, we had to unplug the drain and vent to get it functioning, The main floor bedroom toilet flapper valve was not staying in place allowing the toilet to run, we continually had to reseat it. With the services WE provided seems there should be a credit coming.

Our family of 11 enjoyed a full week at this spacious home. Arrival and Departure process were very easy, with excellent communication from the Host, as needed. Conveniently located close to Disney, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! We stayed together with some family and friends for a wedding and the layout of the house was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!
