POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am

We didn’t actually stay at this property. Our host contacted us to let us know the pool was being worked on and wouldn’t be ready until a few days after our arrival. They offered a full refund or change to a different property. They gave us a choice of a few different properties and we chose Desert Green Serenity in Palm Springs. Although it was 4 bedrooms, it still felt cozy and perfect for hubby, me and our 2 fur kids. The area was very quiet which was perfect. The pool temperature was a bit cooler than we are used to but once in, it was refreshing. The house had everything you would need. Bed was stiff (master bedroom) instructions were easy. The only complaint was that there dead cockroaches in all the bedrooms and on the porch. A live one was in the backyard to greet me in the morning. Location was good. Grocery store nearby and we had food delivered. All in all a nice time.

A cute little house in a beautiful neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Check in and out were clear and easy. The pool area is in great need of a resurfacing and several areas were cracked. The hot tub was fabulous! Overall a great experience.

Spacious open layout.Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Private nicely landscaped front and back yards. Excellent pool and spa. Property manager was very responsive. Kitchen cabinets are in serious need of repair. Master bathroom shower sprays water over the entire floor since it has no shower curtain and the tub will not hold water. Cement decking around pool and spa needs replacement.
