privacy, had room to turn the boat around, House was nice and clean with all appliances if needed. Couch was nice to relax.

The gates were very narrow to squeeze the boat through.

Everything was great

The property was top notch !

It was clean and was well appointed for the price, but for the ants in the bathroom was a negative.

I asked the host if I could park my small skiff/boat on the concrete pad as shown in the pictures of the property. This was the reason I rented this place, so I had a great place to park the boat in a secure area. ( 4 pictures show pad with nothing on it) When I showed up. there was a Large RV parked on that Pad, so I had to park the boat on the other side of the property in the dirt/ mud Also, the bathroom had sugar ants all over the sink area The over head light in the bedroom was not working , I called the host about 10 am Friday and they said they would send someone to get it working, No one came! it was out the whole 3 days of our stay States coffee maker- but does not tell you it a kreurig , we had to buy puds The Grass was not mowed ALL the pictures on the sight need to be updated, the outside is in sad shape and are not close to being correct
