I loved the write-up of the apartment: including the outside deck and the abundance of windows.
I appreciated the apartment’s generous layout.
Close proximity to the central market and transit was helpful.
The owner contacted me the week before my arrival explaining that there was construction on the outside of the building. The owner offered to reduce my fee if I chose to stay as compensation for the construction. I agreed having little time left to research and areange for new lodgings.
When I arrived, I found that the construction had made it impossible to open all my windows or access the small deck.
I was not refunded anything amount as offered by the owner.
