The hot water .
Our first room that they offered it was unpleasant, until we changed to another one then we got to enjoy our stay.

One of the Staffers (Swazi) was incredible. She moved heaven and earth to accommodate our needs.
The rooms can be cleaner. The water pressure and its temperature was always an issue. If not in my room then it was on the next.
