Great location for De Montford University
Couldn't turn on the heating when it got chilly in the evening.
Quite noisy in the street but only occasionally

The set up of the living room and the open plan into the kitchen was nice so you could still talk to people in the living room whilst in the kitchen.
The outdoor seating area in the garden was a nice touch.
The bedrooms and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable.
The pool table was on uneven flooring so struggled in having a proper game. We were missing some pillows and a duvet as the booking was for 5 people but the host was willing to bring additional supplies for us.
Kitchen could have also done with a thorough deep clean.
Fridge would randomly start making a strange noise every so often.
