Loved the space, the gardens, the location. Great for family or friends to come together.

Excellent property - tiny detail, but for the price, I simply expected 6 decent cups, 6 champagne/prosecco flutes. They are so cheap to pick up from Dunelm Mill, Asda etc. It's a small thing but we ended up going to the shops to buy our own and took them home with us. This tiny detail should put nobody off, lovely furnished kitchen and great space, book it!

The location is fantastic! The property is homely and clean! It was very spacious for a family of 5 - we loved it The garden is lovely also

Good value and well equipped home. Not in the prime location of St Andrews, but very good value...

Good area, pleasant to visit.

The photos are well out of date. The house could have been cleaner and heck knows when the garden and the patio had been maintained and cleaned. I would advise to have these holiday lets inspected on a more regular basis. Thr cleaning company that the letting company use fo not clean to a very high standard. I work in the hotel industry at Trump International golf resort and I see what cleaning to a high standard is. The property needs TLC and the garden thoroughly tidied up and the patio given a good clean.
