The unit was clean and cute. The view was spectacular. Communications with the owner was excellent. We were able to find the place easily and the instructions were thorough and clear.

The bed was too too firm for my liking. I chose to Stay on the sofa, which was much more comfortable. Also, the living area really could use another empty power outlet or a power strip. It was hard to do work at the table or on the sofa because I couldn’t plug in my laptop.

Very clean, charming and cute. Very quiet. It’s off the main strip of Manhattan Beach so while it’s less active during the day, that means you can sleep well at night which to me is priceless. The Manhattan pier is about a 15 to 20 minute delightful stroll down the beach walkway. The beach is less than a five minute walk and you can see the overran and waves from the apartment. Does one flight upstairs to go to the apartment which is fine for us, but if you have ambulatory difficulties, please take note. The host is extremely responsive and responsible. It does come with a dedicated parking space which is priceless if you have a vehicle.

Easy access to the beach, location near stores, apartment was well kept. Great view, good value for the money.

Shampoo was in both the shampoo and conditioner containers. I wish it had a couple more curtains in the living room and kitchen windows for more night time privacy.
