The whole atmosphere of this place is wonderful! Big hug for Faith, Hilma and Andreas who were such a kind people and took care us like we would be guests in their houses. The food at the bar is great and we loved hanging at the pool with the dogs

Wonderful place, close to Spitzkoppe - great pool area, great views, amazing staff, most comfortable bed we’ve had during our stay. Very glad we spent 2 nights here.
We mainly booked for the Spitzkoppe tour on the website, but it was pretty much a 4,800nam taxi ride. Guide was not a tour guide, we asked how the mountains were formed and we were told “it’s hard to explain”, we asked about birds and got no real info, the website said we’d see the rock art and he had to ask for directions to it. To be honest this did spoil our stay but we’ll still give a 10 for the place and people working there. Just avoid the “tour”, but the ladies at breakfast made us a super pic nic - so many thanks to them.

i liked the setting in the mountains - the place looked nice
the waitress and barstaff were really disinterested.... the lighting ruins the ambience..... the gospel music on a loop was a nightmare... the noise from the rooster and chickens kept us awake all night
