The facial recognition scanner could not recognize me. When I asked security for assistance, they did not address the issue and appeared more focused on talking to each other. I eventually had to resolve it myself.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing. The location is excellent — there’s a Spar nearby for groceries, the beautiful Bo-Kaap neighbourhood is just a few hundred metres away, and you can walk to the V&A Waterfront in about 20 minutes. It’s also only around a 25-minute taxi ride from the airport. The property feels very safe. There is always a receptionist next to the elevator, and the elevator itself uses facial recognition, which you set up during check-in. The bathroom was perfect, with excellent water pressure and instant, constant hot water. I’ve honestly never seen such a well-equipped kitchen in any hotel I’ve stayed in. There are plenty of appliances, cutlery, and every kind of kitchenware you could possibly need, including frying pans. There is, of course, air conditioning, which can be used for both heating and cooling. On the rooftop, there is a swimming pool with an amazing view of Table Mountain and Signal Hill. If you’re visiting Cape Town, I can definitely recommend staying here!
