Amazing location Amazing facilities Amazing view Amazing owner So wonderful experience in Dubrovnik Just located besides Banje Beach, 3 mins walk distance to old town Nice living room with TV and cooking facilities for family and friends Beautiful Terrance where you can see the sea view directly

Nothing. All amazing.

The spa was not working during our stay

The host was great in welcoming us and quick to respond to our messages. Property was amazing and spacious, very modern internally and very secure and safe, with a large balcony overseeing Lokrum Island on the Adriatic Coastline which is directly across the road. Beds were very comfortable, great air conditioning in all rooms, and sauna was a treat. Location was central with roughly seven minute walk to old town, and four minutes to the renowned Banje Beach Restaurant Lounge & Club. Very central to cafes and restaurants, mini marts etc. Very relaxing!! Thank you hosts, we loved our stay.

We had to leave, and go to our next destination :-( We could have stayed another couple of weeks.
