A nice appartment in the centre of the city, close to the main shopping streets and a lot of cafes. The internet was very fast, I liked it

Good location, clean room, nice bathroom
It was difficult to find and hard to get in. The key box was ripped off the wall and therefore we were locked out our room for 4 hours after alerting the maintenance team. We had no bin in our room and also didn’t have a key card to access the lights in our room and had to use our own ID card. We didn’t see any staff the entire stay and the room wasn’t cleaned once. We asked for the luggage room location but never received this, so had to take our suitcases with us on our final day.
