Beautiful place, well located
Two small things
The lighting inside the room was quite bad, there simply was not enough when it was dark
And the website has still alot of empty sites where info about the infrastructure should be (garbage disposal and so on)
But both points didnt take much away

Well positioned in town. Overall clean and comfortable.
Lights in the room were way too dim, it was hard to see anything when it was dark outside.
The keys are on an app on the phone which is not ideal

the apartment was in the historic part of the Hague a 10 minute walk cafes and the tram and 15 minutes from the museums.
The kitchenette was small with a microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine. there was no toaster.

Location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Room has everything you need, stove, microwave, etc. Just about 20mins walk to central station and the tram is just 2 blocks away. They also have plenty of parking space if you have a car. We didn’t have a problem with communication, they reply quickly.
No elevator and this room is at the 3rd floor, just be ready if you have heavy luggages. The carpet needs vacuuming. Keep in mind that this is not a hotel so they will not refill your coffee or clean your room even if you stay long.
