The HOA rules are onerous and not communicated upfront, but the property manager was available to help throughout the stay. The house ended up being great for our stay.

Rooms and Bathrooms were Clean, Only Master Bed room has attached Bathroom, Outside property-Deck, Patio, Sitting area Chairs and Deck chairs were not clean, BBQ grill was rusted and needed a lot of cleaning. Kitchen was clean and had a lot of Utensils for use for cooking. it has a lot of entertainment facility like Billiards, Poker Table, Video Machines, Home Theater , Hot Spa, Fire Pit and other amenities. We had lot of Fun, Acccess to the complex and registration Process was time taking. Overall its a good property for the Money .

The house was run down, less than clean & some amenities were missing or broken. Not at all representative of the price. Would not rebook!!
