So convenient (just around the corner from the bus stops and Tescos, a street away from the beach) but tucked away from the busy street. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and cutlery —including a dishwasher and I was left a little “starter kit” of new dish towels, dish soap and 3 dishwasher tablets! I would have been over the moon if there could be tea bags and shower gel for guests + I was worried the the jars of salt, pepper, sugar that were in the kitchen were a bit old/contaminated.

Near a pub and above a restaurant, along a footpath which can get noisy in the evenings and mornings. Doors and windows are a bit creaky so I would get woken up when wind or vibrations rattled the building/when I turned the heating on and off. Note: there is no beach view

It was a great location very clean and comfortable

An ideal location to stay at in Lyme Regis. Close to the beach promenade as well as shops, restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend away. Well equiped kitchen that is well layed out. Loved having a dishwasher.

Not having room on either side of the ned in the main bedroom made it awkward getting into the bed.

Close to amenities
