Located between the sea and the mountains, on the plain of Peri in a quiet area with an unobstructed view of the mountains, the studio is fully equipped and air-conditioned. Private parking on wooded grounds.
You can enjoy a large garden, a terrace with garden furniture and its barbecue.
The studio is attached to the owners' house. The land also hosts 2 cats, 1 dog and 3 chickens on the property in a peaceful atmosphere
By car 15 minutes from the first beach and 5 minutes from the river.
Nearby activities and leisure activities: swimming, fishing, hiking, equestrian centre, turtle park (largest park in Europe), paintball, karting, acrobranching, tennis, squash, canyoning, cycling, electric scooter rides...

Friendly welcome from the host family; valuable recommendations for things to do. The small apartment offers everything you need. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. The location of the apartment is ideal for trips to Ajaccio and the surrounding beaches, for example. There are also traditional restaurants and good shops nearby (bakery, fruit...). Nevertheless, it is quiet for relaxing holidays. We definitely recommend it (August 2024, familiy from Germany).

nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Ajaccio. Je recommande vivement cette destination à tous les amoureux de la nature... Pour ce qui est des propriétaires : Acceuillant et discret. Le studio est très bien amménagé, tout le confort y est.

Nous avons passé une semaine idéale la location est très propre les propriétaires sont discrets mais toujours là si nous avons besoin. l'endroit est parfait entre mer et montagne on peut trouver des randonnées accessibles, des bains en rivières ou des moments plages.

Lieu très agréable et au calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants,gentils,prévenants et savent aussi se faire très discrets. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce studio récent attenant à la maison avec sa terrasse individuelle qui permet de prendre aussi bien le petit déjeuner au soleil le matin que l'apéritif le soir. Le studio,d'un état impeccable,est très bien équipé et de taille généreuse. Nous avons aimé l'idée du lit en hauteur! La climatisation est bienvenue et silencieuse. Le wifi est proposé ainsi que la mise à disposition à titre gracieux par les propriétaires d'un ordinateur portable. Une très belle vue dégagée sur la montagne,pas de vis-à vis. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location.
