In the heart of St Marc sur Mer, this apartment provides a relaxing stay for all.
Located 100m from the famous and beautiful beach of M.Hulot (supervised in summer and with the blue flag), the coastal path and 2 steps from the shops (bakery, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, medical center...).
In high season, you can enjoy a traditional market twice a week (Thursday and Sunday) as well as a night market on Friday.
Everything is done on foot if you wish. Welcome.
31 m2 apartment completely renovated, bright and pleasant. It is located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, with terrace, in the center of St Marc sur Mer.
Our accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 GUESTS and is ideal for a couple or a small family.
It has a kitchen open to the dining area and the living room. Fully equipped, it includes a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, an espresso machine and a kettle.
The living room also contains a sofa bed with a quality mattress for sleeping (140X190) and a flat-screen TV. Separated by an entrance, you will find a 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed and storage, a bathroom and separate toilets. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
Wifi is included in the rental of the apartment.
1 parking space secured by a badge for your car is located behind your accommodation.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included.
