Payment Terms:

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of check-in. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed. Funds held for the security deposit will be released within 5–7 days after check-out, provided no issues arise during your stay or are reported by our cleaners post check-out.



Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking.



Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.



Please note that no noise is permitted from the property if it can be heard by neighbouring residents. We strictly enforce a no-noise and no-party policy. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby. As a result, we do not accept bookings for hens/bucks parties, schoolies groups, or any events. The property is suitable only for families or small groups seeking a quiet and respectful stay.



Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



All bookings are subject to the guest’s full compliance with the NSW Government Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct for the duration of their stay.
