"Mon Cocon de Verdure"

Beautiful terrace, large outdoor table, a barbecue and landscaped garden with large trees.
The garden, the swimming pool (opening variable according to the weather, often around mid-May for water ranging from 21°C to 30°C depending on the season), the access to the lake are totally secure for children (enclosed space). The large garden is out of sight. Table tennis. Trampoline for children.
The house has a living/dining room of 48 m².
Large kitchen open to a panoramic veranda, glass table (6 seats).

4 bedrooms, very good quality bedding:

1 master suite, balcony with a large king size bed (x 180) and private bathroom + shower

Other remarks

Guests are expected to return the house in the condition in which it was found. Very clean and perfectly tidy.

Additional cleaning fee (+ 100€) will be applied if the accommodations are not returned according to these conditions.

The basic cleaning fee is for the preparation of the premises.

Towels and bed linen not provided.

We reserve the right not to accept requests for short rentals of two nights only during long weekends (long weekends / holidays), as well as during the holiday period when requests for long stays can be particularly numerous.
Travelers' access
At "Mon Cocon de Verdure", the entire accommodation and garden, except for the cellar and garage (with some exceptions) are accessible.
Other remarks
The number of guests is exclusively the number declared by the occupants before booking, unless authorized by the owner.

For ecological and economic reasons, we heat the house in winter with a wood stove, mostly. Classic, all-electric auxiliary heating is possible, if necessary. Outside the winter season, the heating is turned off. The house is at room temperature.

Towels and bed linen are not provided.

It should be noted that, as in any natural and bucolic environment, the house can occasionally accommodate discreet guests, such as small spiders, who are an integral part of the wild and authentic charm of the surrounding countryside. Housekeeping is carried out entirely by professionals, but these guests may nevertheless reappear occasionally.

Please note that the property obviously shows some signs of wear, testifying to its history and character. These imperfections do not alter its charm and authenticity, offering a warm and lively atmosphere.
