Everything was great. The mini split in the family room was leaking so we turned it off and used a towel to soak up and collect the water. Beautiful and peaceful river home.

Beautiful, comfortable home ideal for a large group.

Great home! Lots of upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend!

Overall, this home is beautiful and a very comfortable stay for a large group. It was clean and had great entertainment options. It has beautiful views from the large deck. We enjoyed having our coffee out there. The backyard is huge and kids loved to play. The hot tub is smaller but we just took turns and you have to walk over rocks to get to it so need sandals. Some things to note: there are many levels/stairs inside and no door to the basement. We had to be very careful with the crawling/walking babies. Another thing that was a bit annoying was that 3 of the bedrooms are downstairs with only 1 full bath. And only 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 full baths (1 is the master bath). So if you have a large group, some of you will have to trek upstairs to use the bathroom. Older kids loved sleeping in the open loft area, and they had their own bathroom as well. Overall a great place and we would visit again. The property management company, Escape, was wonderful and very responsive.
