Percy's place was amazing. It is located in a beautiful residential area in a very quiet neighborhood. It has a great screened in back porch with very nice furniture. The house was equipped with everything you need to cook meals in the oversized kitchen. The rest of the house was also well stocked with essentials so there was no need to rush to the store. If I ever need to rent a home in that area again, I will definitely check this house first. Thank you Percy for making our stay so enjoyable.

Perfectly clean and organized property. We had an excellent stay. We had a couple hiccups that our host solved immediately (smoke detector). We'll be back in the area again next year and hope to stay again!

Great stay!

My family and I LOVED our stay. We and our pets were welcomed in by the cozy charm of this house and the kindness of Percy. Everything in the home was just as described and perfect for enjoying home comforts such as cooking, laundry, and the luxurious screened patio. Percy's communication was excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely book here again.
