There is a gym 30 meters from the apartment—a mini-market is right across the street—and the San Nicolas shopping center is a 4-minute walk away. It’s an 8-minute walk to downtown Rionegro.

The apartment does NOT have an assigned parking space. Neighbors in the neighborhood park on the street. There is public parking 150 meters from the apartment.

Public buses pass in front of the apartment.

The apartment is in a building with residents in four other units. The building is quiet and welcoming. On the first floor of the building, you’ll find shops, and the San Nicolas Shopping Center is just 4 minutes away.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is NO elevator.

The building does not have a parking lot. If needed, there is a public parking lot approximately 200 meters away. Residents of the neighborhood park their cars on the street.
